To this end, we have formed a special<br \/>\ncommittee to investigate and enforce our intellectual property rights and to find solutions to<br \/>\nreduce the number of counterfeit products reaching our customers. The use of counterfeit<br \/>\nproducts not only affects our bottom line and stifle our ability to provide top quality products,<br \/>\ncounterfeit products are generally of lower quality and may cause injuries to consumers.<br \/>\nUltimately, we want our customers to have confidence in their experience with using our<br \/>\nproducts and for them to know they are protected from counterfeits. To enforce our intellectual<br \/>\nproperty rights, we have employed and will continue to use any and all necessary means to<br \/>\ncombat counterfeit goods. Our efforts include, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"\n    width: 90%;\n    display: flex;\n    flex-direction: column;\n\n\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 130px;\">(i) filing civil lawsuits around the world against each any individual, group or entity involved<\/p>\n<p style=\"\n    margin-left: 200px;\n\">in the entire supply chain of the counterfeit products, from manufacturers,<\/p>\n<p style=\"\n    margin-left: 200px;\n\">  distributors, retailers, logistics and warehousing;<\/p>\n<p style=\"\n    margin-left: 130px;\n\">(ii) collaborate and coordinate with any related local, state and custom authorities by<\/p>\n<p style=\"\n    margin-left: 200px;\n\">providing information about the suspected counterfeiter in order to help these<\/p>\n<p style=\"\n    margin-left: 200px;\n\">authorities to raid, seize and enforce our rights against these counterfeiters; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"\n    margin-left: 130px;\n\">(iii) Ask the public to share information about suspected counterfeiters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\nAt any given time, our company will not hesitate to file lawsuits to protect our intellectual<br \/>\nproperty.
